Most recently, she held the position of Vice President of a small life insurance company in NJ. During her tenure, the company enjoyed substantial growth both in sales and staff. She was responsible for running the day-to-day activities for fifteen life agents, as well as support personnel. In addition to these duties, she established a highly successful virtual appointment setting program which led to increased profits for the company.
Prior to that, she was originally hired as a recruiter for a budding virtual mortgage company based in FL and MA. While quickly advancing to the position of Director of Recruiting for the MA office, she was responsible for all MA office staffing. She broke company records by recruiting over fifty virtual loan officers and twenty-five virtual telemarketers to work in the appointment setting program.
With her experience and background, she is a highly sought Online Business Manager offering both general and specialized services.
